OVERVIEW
This 5-part series educates an East-meets-West approach to restoring balance and regulation in individuals with traumatic stress. Participants will learn the Five Elements of Chinese Medicine, Neurophysiology, Breathwork Principles, and how to integrate this collective knowledge into the management of traumatic stress. Rather than treating only the symptoms of chronic stress-related disorders, participants will learn a broadened and combined coherent clinical approach to support the resolution of traumatic stress responses that reside in clients’ physiology.
