Arianne's expertise in Yoga, Acrobatics and Thai Massage help students to build their own well-balanced understanding of the practice through the use of clear, technical teaching skills, compassionate adjustments and intuitive body awareness.

For most of his life Brad struggled with weight gain. In 2005, daily physical training became a tremendous source of self-fulfillment. Brad shortly after found a new passion, teaching others how to follow the proper road to fitness, while sharing his story of inspiration. Today, Brad models with one of South Beach's top agencies, and spends his days training, and improving the health of many in the community. From struggling through adolescence into adulthood, to modeling and training on the beach, Brad never forgets where he came from. He has made the transformation of a lifetime, and continues to inspire and improve others, one day at a time.

Anusara® Yoga
has been a student of yoga since 1988 and teaching since 2000. A classically trained Homeopath and long-time dancer, she is enthusiastic about the healing and therapeutic aspects of the Anusara® yoga method. With an extensive background in spiritual/religious studies and a B.A. in comparative religions she gains profound inspiration from the Tantric philosophy of Anusara® yoga and offers its elegant wisdom in delightfully practical ways. She teaches workshops locally and internationally, furthering her studies by assisting John Friend, founder of Anusara® Yoga, and studying with other top teachers.
Ewa Josefsson
Skanda Yoga
grew up in Sweden and later moved to New York City. Working in the art, fashion and media industries throughout her twenties she couldn't help thinking that something essential was missing in her life. Through a daily yoga practice she started exploring her spiritual path, and it led to Miami Beach and a new lifestyle as a yoga teacher and writer. Ewa is teaching the breath inspired alignment-based power vinyasa style called Skanda Yoga. The use of alternate hand positions, scientific stretching techniques and Skanda breath pulsation helps the practitioner reach further and deeper, overcoming obstacles in order to reveal the beauty and peace that dwells within the heart.

Anusara® Inspired Yoga
is an Anusara Inspired Yoga teacher who began her yoga practice in 2007, and quickly realized she had found the greatest passion of her life. She began teaching in 2009 with the intention of sharing with others the happiness and joy that yoga brought to her life. Enjoyment of body movement was a constant from youth, and she has found a way of expressing her inner essence through her yoga. She helps students connect to their own inner selves, strengthen their self esteem and improve their lives through the practice of yoga. Armed with a BA in psychology, she has expanded into a holistic approach incorporating yoga to teach her students enhanced methods of emotional and spiritual healing.

Fascinated by inner workings of the brain, Gabriel acquired Bachelor and Master degrees Neuroscience & Cognition by touring renowned institutions including Utrecht University, UCLA, and Harvard. His interest in yoga was ignited once he experienced how it exercises body, mind, and spirit. Since then, he has pursued it as a lifestyle that reconciles his need for physical activity with his longstanding desire to go deeper within, unraveling the mysteries of consciousness. Gabriel’s teaching style is at once empathic and challenging, reminding us to honor ourselves and face our fears in order to realize our own transformation.
Guilherme Arashiro
Jiu-Jitsu
is a third generation Japanese (Sansei) born and raised in Sao Paulo- City, Brazil. His passion for Martial Art initiated at the age of 11 when he started taking Tae-kwon-do classes inspired by his family and friends. Although Arashiro started competing Tae-kwon-Do at a very early age, 8 years later he became a Black Belt and was ready for another challenges. Within 5 years into the sport, Arashiro received his Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt by his master Ryan Gracie.

After years of intense training Jason found himself plagued by nagging injuries that prevented him from competing and training as he was used to. His classes are a celebration of life. Jaya pays unique attention to each of his students and their specific wellness needs.
Katie Hotia
became interested in fitness at a young age, when she began training in gymnastics and dance at age 4. This early experience led her to become an IMX (Integrated Movement Exercise) certified Pilates Instructor in 2008. In 2010, Katie also became certified in SPX fitness: a fusion of Pilates style movement, strength training and cardiovascular exercise.
Kelly Ann Charles

A native of Trinidad & Tobago Kelly Ann Charles was born to a diverse mixed- heritage family. This multiculturalism influenced her tremendously, infusing her with a desire to express her many hidden talents through dance, song and stage plays. In 2004 she became certified in Sampoorna Yoga at the Yoga Hari Ashram, South Florida. In the following years she practiced and taught yoga in many facilities. Her Love affair with yoga was very clear, she discovered that yoga not only affected her personal life but it was integral to her survival as an artist.
Ken Von Roenn III
Skanda Yoga
is the creator of Skanda Yoga (RYS) and Director of Skanda Yoga Studio in Miami. He began his practice in 1995 with the Iyengar method in Arizona. After graduating with honors from the program Yoga East program Ken began studying Anusara Yoga with John Friend, and was an affiliated teacher for 7 years. After teaching yoga for several years on Miami Beach he became influenced by the Maya calendar, Universal Yoga, Swasthya Yoga, and Yagananth Andiappan. Skanda Yoga was the natural development from all of his studies and practices.
Mateo Lizarazo

Chakra Flow and Vinyasa-Inspired yoga teacher & RYT 200, Mateo Lizarazo currently resides in Miami Beach, teaching at venues all around the Miami area. Deeply rooted in the eastern folk and culture, his primary inspirations include teachers of the Jivamukti and Ashtanga tradition. His love and studies in music, dance and devotional chanting also influence his teachings. His classes are celebration of life, kindness and self-acceptance.

is a 200 RYT and has been practicing yoga regularly for over 9 years, exploring many different styles including Iyengar, Power, Anusara, Yin and Vinyasa Flow. Mary began teaching 2 years ago when she realized she wanted to spread her love of the practice and the many benefits yoga has brought her, to others. Her classes are a powerful, yet fun and light hearted mix of everything she has learned and continues to learn; incorporating challenging sequences to build body strength as well as working on developing and strengthening non-physical attributes such as coordination, awareness, concentration and consistency.

spent most of his life training martial arts, like Wing Chun Kung Fu, Capoeira, Brazilian Jiujitsu, Krav Maga and Kyokushin Karate Do. Budokon has enabled him to combine his passions for Martial Arts and Yoga in one sustainable, compassionate, non-violent, non-competitive practice, which has elevated his skills and character. His teaching style is playful and engaging while still keeping students motivated to reach their highest potential, threading different philosophical messages in every class.
Sofy Dempsey
Restorative Yoga
is a 200 RYT and member of the Yoga Alliance with over two decades of combined training in yoga, ballet and other forms of dance. She teaches Slow Flow, Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga, Power Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Restorative/Gentle Yoga, Meditation and Ballet/Barre Technique. She specializes in private, semi-private and corporate classes as well as offering group classes and workshops. Sofy believes strongly that her greatest reward as a teacher is what she learns from her students.
