Style Supernova: NYFW 2022

That’s a wrap! Another New York Fashion Week is in the books and The Standard, High Line was the center of the sartorial universe. From a larger-than-life Vogue World catwalk steps from our front door to a glittering array of parties and afterparties, it all went down at The Standard. We rubbed elbows with some of our besties from the worlds of music, fashion and art in The Boom Boom Room—and turned looks at every opportunity. We have stories, honey, and here’s a peek.

L’AGENCE brought their California lifestyle (with a French attitude) to the Boom Boom Room, debuting their Spring / Summer 2023 collection at sunset. The stars aligned with Emily Alyn Lind, Amanda Steele, Jasmine Tookes, Nick Austin, Olivia Culpo, Tessa Brooks and more in attendance. Saturated shades, signature silhouettes defined the label’s spring revival—with romantic prints, tailoring and eveningwear to boot.

“We never lose sight of our DNA. This collection is full of emotion and is quintessentially L’AGENCE,” said Fashion Director Tara Rudes Dann. “Dramatic pop colors, romantic shades of neutrals, new denim shapes and tailored feminine suiting have our woman looking beautiful and feeling confident.”

Guests like Lil Nas X, Doja Cat, Ansel Elgort, Coco Rocha and Coach's Stuart Vevers (whose brand co-hosted the party) danced to celebrate Vogue's 130 years in print. Fashion world notables included designers Batsheva Hay, Jonathan Cohen, Collina Strada’s Hillary Taymour, and Emily Adams Bode, who gathered for what the mag called "a quintessentially New York night."
