Rosé Sangria:
Ingredients:
Half bottle of André Balazs Rosé (yes, most other rosés will work too.)
1/4 navel or valencia orange
1/4 white nectarine (or other seasonal stone fruit)
1/4 Fuji apple
5 strawberries
1 oz orange juice
1/2 oz lemon juice
1 1/4 oz simple syrup
3/4 oz triple sec
Slice all fruit to approximately 1” square. Remove all stems, seeds, pits, etc. Do not peel fruit.
Place all fruit in a container, add wine, then add remaining liquids.
Stir well, seal container & rest for a minimum of three hours.
After resting, contents will have settled, so mix before adding ice. Distribute fruit evenly with each serving.
Please note: Serving size will vary between 4 and 6, depending on how big a pour you prefer.
