A Veggie Voyage With Chef Daniel Green
Daniel Green is an internationally renowned chef, host and award-winning author who is known as a healthy eating expert and television celebrity cook in England, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Dubai and the USA.
Bringing his healthy, green, and delicious recipes to The Standard’s Supa Aperitivo, Chef Daniel will be serving up three vegan dishes, cooked a la minute on the Beach Lawn, alongside small Italian bites from Lido.
Guests will have the chance to try his miso-glazed tofu with Japanese eggplant and edamame, scallions and cilantro; butter lettuce wraps with Korean chilli tofu, shallots and scallions; and char-grilled octopus on a bed of caramelized red onions, sundried tomatoes and olive tapenade.
