Digital Marketing Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with The Standard's brand voice. Prioritise high-quality content optimised for SEO and user experience to meet our marketing objectives across the APAC region.
- Direct our social media strategy across platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Create and manage engaging content, stay ahead of trends, and analyse performance to refine our approach continually.
- Develop a digital marketing strategy that harmonises with our brand's ethos, focusing on increasing awareness, engagement, and direct bookings.
- Oversee our online presence, ensuring our website, social media platforms, and OTA listings are perfectly synchronised. Support and execute SEO efforts to boost our search engine visibility with content that resonates with our audience.
- Collaborate with external agencies to analyse digital marketing performance. Understand the hotel's needs and manage these partnerships to leverage data for strategic improvements, ensuring our marketing efforts are maximising results.
- Work with agencies to design and implement seasonal campaigns and manage media buying. Ensure these external partners align with the hotel's marketing strategy and objectives, negotiating advertising spaces and evaluating campaign performance through analytics.
- Ensure a seamless integration of all digital marketing activities, including website management, content optimisation, SEO, SEM, and retargeting efforts, in support of our brand's goals and marketing objectives.
- Act as the curator of our hotel's digital presence, ensuring our websites and online profiles accurately reflect the vibrancy and essence of our brand.
- Manage our presence on online reputation platforms such as TripAdvisor and Google, ensuring customer reviews and feedback are addressed strategically to enhance our brand's image and reputation.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience in social media management, loyalty and CRM marketing, or brand/product/digital marketing. Your expertise in content marketing and keen interest in performance marketing are pivotal, with a solid understanding of how to leverage these in a strategic, results-driven manner.
- Proficiency in photography and filming is highly valued, along with a passion for data and ROI. Experience with CRM tools underscore your ability to not just create but also strategically utilise content. Your role involves working collaboratively with digital agencies and copywriters, ensuring alignment with our brand's vision and goals, supported by the brand teams globally.
- Possess a strategic understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, especially SEO and SEM. Your proficiency with analytical tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Manager is essential for amplifying our digital presence and guiding agency partners effectively.
- With a finger on the pulse of the latest social media trends, you bring creativity and the ability to innovate within the digital marketing space. Your experience extends to managing relationships with external agencies, ensuring that content creation, campaign execution, and digital strategies not only resonate with our audience but also cohesively align with The Standard, Singapore's overarching marketing objectives.
