Summer Lido Cocktails
As recently mentioned by Miami New Times, The Standard Spa is better known for it’s healthy wheatgrass and ginger shots. That being said, The Lido Restaurant & Bayside Grill offers a variety of delicious cocktails and was recently named Best Waterfront Bar 2012. Hey, it’s summertime. La Bicyclette Rouge: Ingredients: André Balazs “Sunset Beach” Rosé, Elderflower Liqueur, Lemon and Perrier ... André Balazs Rosé is a lovely wine made especially for us by Wolffer Estate in Long Island. The addition Of Elderflower, Lemon and Perrier bring a lovely fruity and light quality to the drink.
Cucumber Lemonade: Ingredients: Vodka, Lime and Fresh Cucumber ... Muddled cucumbers, fresh lime and vodka combine in this delicious refreshing Summer refresher.
Piña Colada Au Natural: Ingredients: 10 cane rum, fresh pineapple and coconut water ... Here is a spin on what we all think of a drink for the tropics. Take all of the flavor of a pina colada without any of the overly sweet heaviness. The coconut water actually hydrates you while enjoying your cocktail and 10 Cane rum provides the depth of flavor.
