NEW YORK
Consider yourself beyond lucky if you had the honorary experience to taste the treasures that revolutionary Chef Ferran Adrià carefully whipped up in the kitchen at elBulli, the restaurant that turned away 1,992,000 diners annually, serving only .4% of table requests. Though elBulli's doors are now shuttered to the public, Ferran and his team set up the elBulli foundation and have a gift to present you: a seven-volume set archiving every recipe created in the last 6 years. If you're bold enough you can try one of his famous dishes at home, he's on tour with the new book so maybe you can ask him for a few tips.
