Elena Brower, touted as the go-to source for practicing the art of attention, love and gratitude, will lead the way on July 7, 8, & 9th from 9:30am to 4pm. Learn subtle ways to keep yourself present and creative, deliver your highest work, and consistently and compassionately elevate your students and yourself. Here's what is on the schedule:
Day One: On Listening, Language and Vortices: Learn the language and relevant truths of your own practice in service of your students. Study listening practices, your teaching voice, inspirations, and creating a vision for your teaching. Discover how your meditation practice relates to your state of being.
Day Two: On Boundaries and Intimacy: Think sequences and consequences. Unearth the interesting boundaries of sequencing. Learn how to ensure that we stay in practice, and create the necessary intimacy to make us great teachers and leaders.
Day Three: On Design, Presence and Leadership:
Focus on designing your attitudes and your emotional stances. Hone in on realizing love as leadership, “seeing” as leadership, discussion of limbic resonance and shared expression.
Available for teachers who have been practicing for at least a 1.5 years. Tuition is $400 and includes 18 hours of study, a light snack each day, spa access with daily meditation bath, and a one-month unlimited class pass to The Standard Spa. Register here.
