The weather forecast this weekend is improving by the minute so imagine this journey from The Standard, East Village to Randall's Island under a warm spring sun. Now in its third year, The Frieze Art Fair brings together art world heavy hitters as well as a unique offering of Projects, Talks and Education programs. The Frame and Focus section of the fair is for younger galleries and artists if you're looking to collect something a bit more affordable.
