Bar Marmont wants to you eat at some of the best restaurants in the US - without ever having to leave Los Angeles. Bar Marmont is pleased to announce the launch of a delicious new Guest Chef Dinner Series, curated by Executive Chef Carolynn Spence. The dinners will bring the cuisine of some of the most notable chefs from across the US to Los Angeles.
The series begins next week, on Thursday, May 30 and Friday, May 31, with the two-time James Beard Foundation Award winner and newly appointed 2013 Best Chef Northwest, Gabriel Rucker, of Le Pigeon and Little Bird restaurants in Portland, Oregon. Using the Bar Marmont kitchen as his arena, Rucker will create a special three-course menu to showcase his distinct style and unique flavor combinations. Together, Spence and Rucker will gather locally sourced seasonal ingredients and come up with four choices of appetizer, four entrees as well as a dessert paired with grappa.
