Spring and design week are in full force in NY, and we couldn't think of a better way to celebrate than hosting Makers + Brothers and Max Lamb in The Standard, East Village's garden from May 11-15. We celebrated the 5-day event with a kickoff party, where designer and mixologist extraordinaire Max Lamb served up his original "lambonade" that is too easy going down, and the two Irish brothers behind online retailer Makers + Brothers walked us through how to make our own wooden stools. Check out instructions for how to recreate both below, and come by the garden (open 11am-8pm) before the popup ends this Sunday.

2 oz Jameson black barrel
0.25 oz ginger syrup
0.25 oz simple syrup
