Indulge in a 7-course culinary collaboration between Chef SOM of SOM's Table and our own previous Executive Chef at The Standard, Hua Hin Chef Antony who is now Director of Food and Beverages.

SOM’s Signature Oyster Kiss
Quick pickled Majestic Irish oyster, crispy duck egg pancake, home grown sprouts, chili

Pasta
Pumpkin gnocchi, barracuda, local mushrooms, double cream, brown butter

Main
Australian Wagyu tagliata, roasted bone marrow, truffle mashed potatoes, red wine-shallot sauce, stuffed cherry tomatoes caponata, grilled asparagus, Pecorino cheese

Dessert
Toblerone parfait, Bailey’s sauce, Amarena cherry compote, pistachio dust
