What sparked your interest in fashion?
MC Hammer’s 1990 music video U Can’t Touch This.
Describe your style in three words:
Lawless, Eccentric, Vibrant.
What would you wear if you were to attend the Met Gala After Party at The Standard?
A see-through catsuit with hand-knitted starfish nip covers, a seashell to cover my most private part, glass heels, futuristic sunglasses, and no makeup.
Tell us what inspired the uniform collaboration for The Standard, Hua Hin?
It’s simple, The Standard’s playful sensibility.
What are the challenges and opportunities in designing uniforms?
The biggest challenge is creating a design that enhances the staff’s confidence. Despite having the same uniform, if they feel confident, I believe their personality and identity will still shine. In turn, that will give a fun dynamic to the landscape.
How would you describe The Standard’s style?
I would describe it as a playfulness that lies under a seemingly simple yet deliberately curated design.
