Job Title: Busser

Department: Food and Beverage

Location: Le Bain

Reporting to: Director of Operations Le Bain/MOD

Responsible for: N/A  

Job Purpose: The busser is responsible for assisting all wait staff with all duties.

 Main Duties & Responsibilities: 

·         Provides supplies and support to all F&B staff

·         Maintain and clean all service areas and floor areas where sectioned

·         Clean, set up, and breakdown tables, trays and station per SOPs

·         Check, clean, and maintain all F&B areas constantly

·         Replenish side stations throughout service

·         Assist the bar backs in side work including emptying trash from bar and wait station areas

·         Complete all side work duties per SOPs including pre and post shift, daily, weekly, and monthly duties

·         Perform other duties as requested

Desirable:

·         Excellent interpersonal skills.

·         Ability to work flexible hours.

Physical Requirements:

·         Able to work standing for a minimum period of 8 hours a day

·         Periodical bending, kneeling, and stretching

·         Able to pull, push, carry and lift at least 40 pounds of force

·         Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands

·         Understanding: Ability to read, comprehend and carry out instructions according to established procedures

·         Organizational Skills: Work efficiently, utilize multi-tasking, prioritize tasks

·         Hygiene and Sanitation: Adherence to uniform, grooming and personal hygiene standards and expectations per Standard of Operating Procedures

·         Punctuality: Adherence to posted schedule and arrival time and attendance at mandatory meetings Responsibility: Personal comportment in line with Standard, New York policies, standards, and expectations
