Mexico City’s beloved Huset restaurant is touching down for a limited-time NYC pop-up at The Standard, East Village’s Standard Space. Chef Maycoll Calderon will be firing up dishes with a rustic Mexican flair, rotating daily with fresh finds from the Union Square Greenmarket. Pull up a seat for crudo, grilled seafood, seasonal vegetables, and comforting classics like arroz con pollo. In between bites, sip on Mexican wines + cocktails inspired by Calderon’s CDMX speakeasy Hanky Panky. 

On warmer eves, the pop-up will extend onto the lush outdoor Garden Terrace. Pull up a seat to toast to Huset's 10th anniversary and the start of an NYC spring!
