Join Amanda White for a relaxing Yin Wind Down experience to prepare the body and mind for an evening in the spa and complete bliss. Yin Yoga holds submissive poses for 1-5 minutes in order to release and reorganize the muscle fascia. The class will use props and be a slow-paced, meditative practice.
